- The carcass is crafted from particle board which is made by compressing wood chips with glue. In flat-pressed particle board, the chips are mainly parallel to the surface. The chips in the surface layer are thinner than those in the middle layer, so the surface of the particle board is denser
- Prelaminated with PU paper on both sides in plain/wood grain colours to protect the substate from heat, scratches, moisture, stains etc. This enhance the looks and increases durability
- All the panels which are exposed to air, is edged with PVC banding on 4 sides to avoid contact to water, moisture, and insects. This helps to improve durability
- All the panels are pretreated with industry standard chemical composition, thereby making the core resistant to termite, borer, and other mites
- PB used is certified European Emission standard E2 grade, thereby its certified safe for indoor furniture application
