    Strawberry and blackberry lassi ice lollies

    Makes 6

    Prepare 5 minutes’ plus freezing

     

    Ingredients

     

    • 500ml plain yogurt

    • 250ml full-fat milk or buffalo milk

    • tsp ground cardamom

    • 2 tbsp honey

    • 50g strawberries, blitzed

    • 50g blackberries, blitzed

    • 2 tbsp thinly shredded mint leaves

     

    Method

     

    1. In a blender, blitz the yogurt, milk, cardamom and honey then divide between 2 bowls.

    2. Stir the blitzed strawberries through one and the blackberries through the other. Mix the mint between both.

    3. Pour into six Creston Freezer Pop Moulds and transfer to the freezer for 6 hours, or until the lollies are frozen solid.
