    Fruit salad with orange syrup

     

    Serves 2

    Prepare 10 minutes plus cooling

    Cook 15 minutes

     

    Ingredients

     

    • selection of your favourite fruit

    • 6-8 oranges

    • 100g refined sugar

     

    Method

     

    1. Wash your selection of fruit, prepare and arrange in a serving bowl.

    2. Use our Rosemary Coarse Grater to zest 2 of the oranges and our Rosemary Citrus Juicer to juice them all – you will need 500ml.

    3. Put the juice in a pan with the sugar and orange zest. Set over a medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until reduced by two thirds with a syrup-like consistency. Leave to cool.

    4. Spoon over the fruit salad and serve right away.
